What are your mugs made of?
Our mugs are glossy ceramic with a comfortable C-handle. Each design is printed on both sides, so it looks great whether you are left- or right-handed.
What sizes and colors are available?
Most designs come in 11oz and 15oz, in classic white or two-tone styles with a yellow, blue, pink, green, red or black interior, handle and rim. Choose your size and color on the product page.
Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes. Our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. To keep the print bright for as long as possible, we recommend hand washing or the top rack of the dishwasher.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are printed and processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping then takes 7–15 business days. You will get an email with a tracking number once your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
US shipping is $4.99 on orders under $30 and free on orders of $30 and over. Other countries ship at a flat rate from $8.99 (Canada) — the exact amount is shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for every destination.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships we email you a tracking number. You can follow it on our Track Your Order page or on the carrier's website — please allow 48 hours for tracking to update.
What if my mug arrives broken?
It happens rarely, but if your mug arrives chipped, cracked or broken, email support@mugsmate.store within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to send the broken mug back.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, as long as the mug is unused and in its original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has gone to print it cannot be cancelled or changed, so please email support@mugsmate.store as soon as possible.
Do mugs make a good gift?
They are one of the most-used gifts there is. We have designs for Dad, Mom, grandparents, coworkers, pet lovers, hobbies and every holiday from Christmas to Halloween. Order a few days early to allow for processing and shipping.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB cards, plus digital wallets such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. All prices are in USD and checkout is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. See our Payment Policy.
