Mugsmate keeps checkout safe, secure and simple. Here is how payment works, which currency we use, and how your payment is protected.

1. Accepted payment methods

The payment options available to you are shown at checkout and depend on your country. They typically include:

  • Credit & debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB
  • Digital wallets: Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported
  • PayPal where available

2. Currency & pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars). Our mugs start at $25.99.
  • Shipping fees and any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at the final checkout step before you pay.
  • If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge a conversion fee.

3. Payment processing & order confirmation

Payment is authorized and charged in full when your order is placed. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order summary and receipt.

4. Payment security

Our store is hosted on Shopify and protected by industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. Payments are processed in line with PCI-DSS Level 1 requirements, and we never see or store your full card number.

5. Declined or duplicate payments

If your payment is declined, please check your card details and billing address or try another payment method. If you see a duplicate charge, contact us with your order number and we will investigate and refund any duplicate right away.
