Our mugs are ceramic, available in 11oz and 15oz sizes and several two-tone colors, and each design is printed to order. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor settings and the printing process. We may discontinue any design or product at any time.

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted and being processed.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting your payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. See our Payment Policy.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. Mugsmate is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or circumstances beyond our control. See our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. Mugs that arrive broken, defective or wrong are replaced or refunded at no cost.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has gone to print it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please contact us right away at support@mugsmate.store if you need to cancel.

All content on this website, including logos, graphics, text and product designs, belongs to Mugsmate or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

If you submit reviews, feedback or other content, you grant Mugsmate a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and distribute it. You are responsible for making sure your submissions do not infringe anyone else's rights.

You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose, submit false or misleading information, interfere with the operation of the website, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of our systems.
